About This Project
Modern Custom Fabrication, Inc. moved into their new home at 4922 E. Jensen Avenue, an 100,766 SF modernized facility with both space and machinery to accommodate their future growth and success.
This project is a California High Speed Rail relocation project. SPAN did a groundbreaking ceremony late August 2017, and the building was turned over to the Owner in June 2018. A grand opening will take place in September 2018. This was an exciting and interesting project for us and the Owner. Working with the Fresno County EDC, City of Fresno, California High-Speed Rail Authority, and approximately 39+ local contractors and vendors has made the project a real success. Thank you to everyone involved with the project.
